Record ownership and direction are defined below. No universal two-way sync is implied.
Ledger names may differ from field customer names.
Bill-wise balances need a clear as-of date before collection calls.
Office receipt entries and field follow-ups need separate ownership.
Each row is a separate scope decision. Supported workflows still require configuration; proposed records require assessment and implementation.

Tally documents XML integration over HTTP. An approved integration service or a supported file workflow may suit the customer environment. Assess the installed edition, network boundary and export format; do not expose an accounting service publicly or assume direct database access.
An agreed bill-wise export is matched to customer codes. The collector sees the dated balance and records a promise to pay. The accounts team confirms the receipt in Tally through its normal process.
Receipt creation, allocation and voucher posting are separate requirements. They are not included in a proposed read feed.
Use an authorised setup process for credentials. The enquiry form does not request passwords or API secrets.
A custom scope must define import status, rejected rows, duplicate keys and correction ownership. There is no verified Tally-specific retry or audit mechanism to promise before implementation.
Edition, interface availability and connectivity must first be reviewed.
A sample can be assessed against enabled SalesTOS import templates; arbitrary Tally exports are not automatically compatible.
Company identifiers must remain part of the mapping so equal ledger codes are not merged accidentally.
No. Notes and promises remain operational records unless a separate posting workflow is implemented.
Tally edition and company structure; Sample ledger and bill-wise outstanding export; Customer-code mapping and credit rules; Authorised technical contact and safe connectivity. Share redacted examples through an agreed channel, never passwords or API secrets in the public form.
Review the objects and prerequisites on this page, then agree mapping, access, refresh timing and acceptance criteria. Receipt creation, allocation and voucher posting are separate requirements. They are not included in a proposed read feed.
